Event Coverage

Event coverage

Photography and film for the moments you bring people together—from intimate gatherings to major events.

A published entertainment photograph. It is not labeled here as a specific client’s event.

The range

These photographs are from CG’s published library. The caption describes the picture. It does not name a client or an event unless that connection is on file.

Video and editing

These are choices to discuss. They are not included in every booking. Music licensing, quantities, formats, and delivery dates belong in the quotation.

  • Short social edits and reels

Cut for the platforms you actually post to.

  • Event highlights

A shorter film of the day.

  • Longer recaps

When the event needs more than a highlight.

  • Requested runtimes

For example 30 seconds, one minute, or five minutes.

  • Clean, straightforward editing

A clear record of what happened.

  • Music-led edits

Picture cut to music. Licensing is part of the quote.

  • Sound design / SFX

When the film needs more than the room sound.

  • Motion graphics

Titles or graphics, if the piece calls for them.

  • More stylized social editing

A looser, more designed cut for social.

How we work with you

  1. 01

    Tell us the event

Type, date, place, and whether you want photography, video, or both.

  2. 02

Agree the crew and the hours

A large event can use more than one photographer or videographer. That is set in the proposal, not assumed.

  3. 03

    Agree what you receive

Edits, runtimes, and the delivery date are part of the quotation. Drone, same-day delivery, raw footage, and a fixed image count are not standard inclusions.

Carnival road coverage

Road coverage is its own kind of day: movement, costume, and a route rather than a single room.

The photographs here are published entertainment stills. They are not labeled as a specific carnival client.

Recurring events

A venue or a series can be covered more than once. Each date is still quoted. Nothing on this page holds a future date.

Questions

Does a full day always mean eight hours?

No. A full day is typically six to eight hours. The exact coverage is written into the quotation.

Do photography and video mean two people?

Combined coverage typically uses two shooters. The proposal confirms the crew, including when a large event needs more.

Is drone, same-day delivery, or raw footage included?

No. Those are not standard inclusions. Drone can be requested when the location allows it. Delivery and raw files, if any, are agreed in the quote.
